Tim and the BDI design team have designed almost 2000 custom sets and over 100 working newsrooms for American networks and over 120 projects in International markets throughout the world. Winner of numerous Emmys and Regional awards, Tim has the talent and experience to deveop a custom HD set or newsroom environment that will exceed your expectations. He is a member of NATAS, BDA/PROMAX and RTNDA.
Caroline Aldridge
VP / COO / Project Manager
25 years experience as the project manager for BDI. She works directly with clients in matters concerning logistics coordination, vendor item procurement and project scheduling of production and installation. Caroline will ensure your project is delivered on time and on budget, with the HD quality and craftsmanship synonymous with a BDI project…no surprises! She is a member of BDA/PROMAX and RTDNA.
Gabriel Cameras
Senior Design Representative
25 years experience in Broadcast Design, with a Bachelor of Architecture, Gabriel has specialized in every area of broadcast set design, from state-of-the-art Newsrooms, News sets, sports and entertainment. Gabriel has worked all over the world with every major network. Previously, Gabriel was in charge of BDI’s design department as Design Director, and now he plays a new roll as Senior Design Representative.
Ed Luther
Drafting And Construction Manager
25+ years experience with BDI. Ed oversees production and all construction drawings, and liaisons with our custom scenic and set fabrication shops. He and his staff will ensure your HD environment is constructed with the quality and detailed craftsmanship BDI and our clients consistently expect.

Senior Lighting Director
An Emmy-winning Lighting Designer, Director of Photography and educator, Holshevnikoff has been lighting and shooting broadcast, corporate and documentary programming for over 30 years. He has created stunning lighting and imagery for clients such as Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Resorts, ESPN, CNN, National Geographic, Four Seasons, Mercedes-Benz, Infinity and for numerous television networks throughout the world.
