Tim and the BDI design team have designed over 2000 custom sets and over 100 working newsrooms for American Networks and over 120 projects in International markets throughout the world. Winner of numerous Emmys and Regional awards, Tim has the talent and experience to develop a custom HD set or newsroom environment that will exceed your expectations. He has a long history of participation with NATAS, RTDNA and Promax.

Caroline is the force that turns creative vision into on-air reality. With more than 25 years of experience managing studio design and construction projects, she brings order, precision, and calm control to every production. She orchestrates and over sees all the moving parts—design coordination, vendor procurement, fabrication, and installation—ensuring every studio is delivered on time, on budget, and with the quality and craftsmanship that define BDI. When deadlines are tight and expectations are high, Caroline and her Team keep it all running smoothly—so every project launches flawlessly, every client shines on camera, and every set tells its story beautifully.
Allison McCarty
Project Manager / Buyer
A master of organization and execution, Allison brings over 20 years of experience managing diverse operational projects. She combines strong organizational skills with a hands-on approach to developing contracts, RFP submissions, and vendor relationships. Known for keeping projects on schedule and materials on spec, excels in procurement, logistics coordination, and cross-team communication. Her expertise extends to supporting sales teams, conducting research, and managing domestic and international travel for technical staff and key personnel. Precise, and solution-oriented, Allison ensures that every project runs smoothly from planning to completion, reflecting BDI’s commitment to excellence.

An Emmy-winning Lighting Designer, Director of Photography and educator, Holshevnikoff has been lighting and shooting broadcast, corporate and documentary programming for over 30 years. He has created stunning lighting and imagery for clients such as Ritz-Carlton, Marriott Resorts, ESPN, CNN, National Geographic, Four Seasons, Mercedes-Benz, Infinity and for numerous television networks throughout the world.
